Why Mentor Coaching?
The International Coach Federation (ICF) requires 10 hours of work with a mentor coach for ACC or PCC applicants who are submitting for certification, as well as ACC holders seeking renewal. I offer a mentor coaching program that meets these ICF requirements.

What’s Covered in your Sessions?
The curriculum is focused around the ICF competencies and markers. Together, we will customize each learning session based on your needs and interests, and will include:
ICF core competencies principles and best practices (1-2 per session)
Coaching case studies for discussion and application
Demonstrations of the competencies through dialogue and roleplay
Dialogue and discussion about the coaching process and outcomes
Self-assessment of coaching competency and feedback from your PCC mentor coach
Preparation for the ICF Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA), required for ACC and PCC credentialing.
Listen to recordings and get immediate feedback around your strengths and growth areas as a coach.
Identify what comes easily for you and what you find challenging
Identify new skills to practice between sessions
ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
Tim Austin served the better part of his career cross-culturally, residing in the countries of Tajikistan and Turkey. In 2016 Tim and his family returned to the U.S., where he operates Encompass Life Coaching, a coaching practice dedicated to helping leaders navigate life and ministry transitions.
Tim has been professionally coaching since 2015 and holds the ICF PCC credential. He has over 2000 hours of coaching experience.
